They are beautiful pink clusters of Heart shaped leaves, mini heart shaped flowers & then seeds. The hummingbirds & butterflies love them but if you are raising bees, this is your plant. They die down in the winter & come back in the spring. The tubers will resprout if it is cut back or damaged by frost.
Where ever the seeds fall they sprout. The plant will form tubers on the roots..then they can be transplanted if you so desire..I would just plant the seeds where you want them. Now is the time to plant them as they are just coming back out again and will bloom in the fall.

I have them over my deck and they are gorgeous when in bloom. Info I can find is zones 8-11 are the best for them.
