Hello again. I've uploaded 5 pictures of my book. The book weighs approximately 30.7 oz (just under 2 lbs. without the additional packaging weight).
Media Mail (which would take the longest) = $ 3.00.
Flat Rate (3 to 5 days) = $ 4.95
I would want to do a 'confirmation' which is additional .80 cents. So depending on 'when' you'd like to receive the book depends on which shipping method you will need to go with.
If there is an alternative method of shipping you would like to use, that is perfectly fine as well. For Media and Flat postage would have to be pre-paid to me through paypal.

Shamefully I have only read the second installment to Gone With The Wind, but LOVED the movie as a child. I WILL NEVER FORGET IT!
