You would have to look it up on the website. I used it on my eyes over a wet shadow to make it stick.

I would assume. I used it for my eyes. it was only used once and I just sprinkled some into the lid. it is very vibrant and pretty. I just dont wear makeup anymore after becoming a mom. I'm sure you can find more info on wet and wilds website (the make up one not the theme park lol)

It is like dust. Super fine. I loved it but it's too young for me. Not that I'm a mom I rarely use make up. Lol
