Evita is a soundtrack album by American singer-songwriter Madonna, released on November 12, 1996 by Warner Bros. Records. It was released to promote and accompany the 1996 motion picture, Evita. The soundtrack also includes performances by Antonio Banderas, Jonathan Pryce and Jimmy Nail, but is considered a Madonna album since the majority of the songs are sung by her.[1] The RIAA certified it Gold and Platinum on January 24, 1997 and 5× Multi Platinum on March 29, 1999, recognizing 2.5 million shipments throughout the United States (as it is a double album and exceeds 100 minutes in length, the RIAA counts each unit sale twice).

Good Morning, Vietnam is a 1987 American war-comedy film written by Mitch Markowitz and directed by Barry Levinson.

Set in Saigon in 1965, during the Vietnam War, the film stars Robin Williams as a radio DJ on Armed Forces Radio Service, who proves hugely popular with the troops, but infuriates his superiors with what they call his "irreverent tendency". The story is loosely based on the experiences of AFRS radio DJ Adrian Cronauer.[2]
