Some other things to add that I don't know if it's in all the rubbish above lol. It's a 64-bit Operating System and uses Windows 7 Home Premium. I have Microsoft Office 2010 installed too.

Basically the 2 choices are I can reset the entire computer to factory settings & you lose Microsoft 2010 OR I can get rid of all of MY stuff & then you can decide what else you want to get rid of. That's entirely up to you. Again, if you have any questions, please ask.
