These are great for wearing at sporting events that get high decibel levels, sleeping on planes, in hotels/motels and might even help if the one you sleep with snores.

Please re-read my whole ad. As an avid motorsports, hockey, and baseball fan with delicate eardrums, I still contend that this item is an arena sports equipment necessity for observers like me. Even a coaches whistle can be an obsessive decibel level at times. I call them as I use 'em. Thank you for your inquiry.

The question is, "why is LarWolf browsing in the sporting goods section". Maybe balloons and yoyo's are considered sporting goods in his country

I understood his point. He wondered why I chose to list this item in sporting goods, which most consumers think of as balls, bats, shoulder pads, skis, boogie boards, sleds, tennis shoes, and such. I hope I explained why I think of earplugs as part of that section, instead as a lesser "other" item. I suppose I could have chosen Cell Phone category, but Sporting Goods was my choice at that moment. Thank you for your comment.
