The listing, Beautiful Black Dressy Boots Size 8 1/2 has ended.

These boots have been very gently used. I think they may have been worn no more than twice. I am a hard person to fit and shoes/boots often hurt my feet so I buy them and do not wear them after the first one or two times. This was the case with these pretty boots. I decided to put them up for someone else to enjoy.

Oh, I am sorry. The heels are not really high. I am thinking about 2 1/2 or maybe 3 inches. You could always relist them if they don't work for you.

Do you know how wide the calves measure?

The rise from the heel to the top of the boot is 8.5 inches, so they do not come all the way up onto the calf. I have pretty large calves and did not have a problem. I measured them at the top of the boot and it is 13 inches around, so if you measure from your heel up to 8.5 inches and then measure around your leg you will be able to tell if they are wide enough.
