INK JOY pens by Paper Mate. NEW in BOX set of 25 pens in assorted colors!

If you haven't used Ink Joy pens before, they are gel, and very smooth writing. They come sealed with a little wax tip that comes off with the first use, keeping them from drying out!

Use them for Art, use them for every day, use them for everything! : )

I said they are gel, they write like it, but the box says ball point so I guess they are a ball point gel : )
