Are the cut pages in this book loose or are they glued together?
When opening the book will the things inside fall out if held at an slight angle?
Does the cover / lid from this stay closed when placed on a shelf?

The pages are cut on the inside of the page. There is a border to each cut page. The pages are not glued. The book appears as a normal book on the shelf and will hold small items. Yes, if you open the book and hold it at an angle items inside may fall out. I use mine to hold cash.
