This watch is used and it does need a battery.This watch does have the NASCAR registered trade mark.The model # is NRD 502 274 PC21.It has a Japan Quartz Movement in it.It takes a 377 battery.You are getting this watch as is.I only ship to the 48 United States No Exceptions.You must have a Lista Verified Address and you have 7 days at the end of the auction to do it.If not I will keep your credits.No Buyers Remorse No Refunds No Returns.If you have any questions ask.I do have the paper work for the watch.Look at the last picture.

I know it works because I use to wear it.The reason why I auctioning it of is because I had got a better one and it is NASCAR endorsed but it's a automatic watch it does not need batteries and it is a high end watch made by Tudor and that is made by the same people that make Rolex.I got that one by a famous race car driver.I can't say the person's name because I made a promise that I would not.
