I harvested these from my own plants. It is easy to grow and I will give you 10-12 seeds - you don't need more than 3 really. The plant is a typical squash/gourd type and can grow up a fence easily. Plant when soil is warm, it does need about 3 months to mature so you can start inside. After harvesting dry thoroughly remove seeds and take off skin - voila! a lovely bath scrubbie.PS you can eat these when small, it is called bitter melon. I have never tried it tho.
