One Large Size Blue Seal Silver Certificate -

This is the LAST SERIES of Large Size Silver Certificates. For the Series of 1928 they went to the same size as the Federal Reserve Notes that we have today.

NOTE: 3rd picture is for SIZE COMPARISON ONLY - you don't get those bills, only the 1923 $1 bill.

Silver Certificates or SC as they are known were redeemable for one Silver Dollar until 1965. They are still legal tender today (you could spend it as you would any other dollar bill). They're fun to collect.
