It is too small on my daughter. She is a size 4 and can't squeeze into it. So the size labeled is not correct. It is very much like a 0 or 1. Thanks for asking.

Formalwear is normally a size or two smaller than actual size. So if you wear a 4 then you need to go up to a 6...
