This phone is brand new it comes with the manual, hands free one of the ear buds is missing the rubber part refer to picks. A charger and a case. I did try and set it up but was told by Metro that it didn't have any network service whatever that means. This is a Metro phone it comes from a smoke free pet free environment. I never said it's locked in the description I said that when I took the phone down to Metro they said it didn't any network it's not locked.

Also, if it is not unlocked any phone store can do that for you. You can probably find someone on Craigslist that will do it for $10.

Is it unlocked? That looks like a Windows phone to me. The Metro site does not have any Nokia phones. Metro probably does not have service in your area. If it's unlocked you can get a sim card and put it on any network.
