Questions & Comments
They didn't mint quarters at the San Francisco mint in 1925 .
I looked at it under a super-strength magnifying glass, and it sure looks like an S to me. Of course my eyes are old, like me, and I could be wrong. There is a mint mark there, what do you see? Please rell me and I will gladly make correction. Thanks for your info. Kindest regards!
I looked at the USA coin book web site . The San Francisco mint was used in 24 and 26 but not in 25 . if you have one with an S mint mark you have a one of a kind . My eyes are gettin old too , I'd need the Hubble telescope and and doubt I could see it even then .
