Hi,it measures about 12"x12", I always carry a huge purse, but I bought one of these for a weekend trip, and it was just right, and not so heavy.

Hi, I tried to get a picture of the inside, but because it has a black lining, you couldn't really see anything. On the inside it does have a zippered pocket, and 2 small open pockets. Hope this helps, and thanks for your interest.

The inside zipper pocket is about 7" wide, and about 4 1/2" deep. The front has one large pocket with a snap closure, On the front of that pocket is 2 smaller ones with a zipper. The smaller zipper pocket also closes with a snap, to reveal 2 more pockets, one is mesh, I think I put up pictures of that. Counting the 3 pockets on the inside, there are 8 total pockets!
