Non-smoking environment.The huge Lake or Rießer Lake is located south of Garmisch on 785 metres above sea level in the Wetterstein mountains. It was artificially created in the middle ages in a forest clearing. Above all a source of slope on the Southeast shore ensures the water supply. [1]
