It's got some scratches on the top, card is nm, it's stayed in the case the whole time, the certificate is still in the plastic case.

Now, i'm not too sure what the flat rate shipping is, it possibly could be cheaper. Will ship once I get the money, which you can send in the form of a check, cash, bank deposit, etc.

It's mostly for the size of the box I would have to put it in. If I can do it cheaper, i'll let you know. Free shipping if it hits 250 though.
