A Man named Larry Berte used to own these photo's. I have several of them listed and also have some of George H W Bush and Barbara Bush listed on Etsy. I acquired them thru a friend who sold them to me after he acquired them. Apparently Mr. Berte was a large donator to the Republican Party and he received several signed photo's back from President George Bush and President George H W Bush from his donations. He kept them all in one folder and that is all I know. There is no COA so I cannot guarantee that they are authentic...but I have seen some online on eBay that are the same type photo's and they were called Campaign Photo's and there is one listed here on Listia that is starting at I believe 199,000 Credits. I started them low to be fair. Hope that helps......
