This listing is for a REAL Silver Certificate note 1935 A $1.00 bill. Serial number is C36574099CI am not sure how these bills are graded- but this one has no rips, tears or stains on either side. Bill has been in circulation but the coloring is fantastic and not faded.
In 1935, the design of the one-dollar bill was changed again. On the obverse, the blue numeral 1 was changed to gray and made smaller, the gray ONE to the right was removed, the treasury seal was made smaller and superimposed by WASHINGTON D.C., and a stylized ONE DOLLAR was added over the treasury seal. The reverse was also changed to its current design, except for the absence of IN GOD WE TRUST.
