Measurements Taken Laid Flat Without Stretching.

Waist: (Measured Side Seam To Side Seam) 17" With A Stretch To About 20"

Slip Lining Length: 19"

Skirt Length (Measured Top Of Skirt To Front Hem) 28"

Side Length: (Measured From Top Of Skirt To Side Hem) 37"

No Rips Stains or Damage Perfect Condition. All my items come from a smoke free home.

Absolutely, stunning. I love this style....I am fanned and watching. I am not sure if 1X will be too big. It is hard to tell by looking at it. I love it.....
