The listing, Spaghetti Squash Seeds - Organically Grown has ended.
Seeds I saved September, 2014 for next year's planting.
We are still enjoying the ones I harvested last fall. They keep well in the basement in a cardboard box.
I like eating them when they are big but light green and they are delicious. A friend tells me they are not ripe until they turn yellow, but they have a mild taste earlier than that and I like them this way better as they are quite mild.
These plants flourished in the rainy spring/summer we had in Colorado this past year. Had 7-15 squash on each of my plants. I got my seeds from a neighbor in 2013 who has been growing these for years with great success.
There are many great recipes you can try. Use in lieu of pasta or serve like a vegetable.
I'll send you 10 seeds.
Yum!!
Check out my other seed auctions, too.
