I used to work outside, and one of my co-workers had one and was always talking about how great it was. I bought one, but quit the job before I had a chance to use it. It is has never been opened.
You are supposed to run it through cold water and tie it around your neck. Then it will keep you cool. I personally have never tried it, so I don't know how well it works.
