Yes it does close with magnets. It has 2 pockets on the outside and 2 inside the purse.

No it does not. I think they stopped doing that cuz I haven't gotten one in a long time with the cardboard in it.

I couldn't help but notice a full ashtray in the background of the 5th pic. So if it's from a smoke free home, was it in a home where people were smoking? I only ask becuz we are allergic to smoke in our house.
