Questions & Comments
Hi,
In order to avoid confusion for everyone interested in your item and to clarify what the winner will receive, we require that sellers set their Delivery Method to "Digital Delivery" for items sent via email or through post-auction messages.
Also I've changed the category of your auction to Other Stuff > REWARD POINTS, the required category. This will also help prevent your auction from getting flagged by users and potentially removed. We ask that you ensure that future auctions of this type are listed in this category. Thanks for your cooperation and good luck with your auction!

Hi Moderator,
I object to this change because my listing clearly states that I will mail the physical cap if requested by the winner. Also by removing the "Free Shipping" you have cut my auction out of a whole section of people who only look at free shipping listings.
I also object to this because it has removed my listing bonus.
Please reverse this change and re-instate my bonus. If you will not do this I would like to have the contact information for a manager at Listia to lodge a formal complaint.
You are welcome to file a Support Ticket via Member Support to appeal this, however, as previously pointed out, since digital delivery IS an option, as clearly stated in your description - "...or email the codes via Listia message..." then we REQUIRE that the listing be posted in REWARD POINTS and that the listing be marked as DIGITAL DELIVERY - not Free Shipping. Even if this was not disclosed up front in the auction, but later offered anyway, the auction would still be required to be marked Digital Delivery.
