I do not know that is why I said "PARTS ONLY" It belonged to my 11 year old grandson. He was messing with it and it cut off and never cut back on..We have charged it and it still will not come back on

No he didn't ..he was in my office on it when it cut off.. the battery was low and he was looking the charger to charge it..it cut off , he charged it and it would not cut back on...

Charge it first. Then hold the home button and the lock/power button at the same time for a for a couple on min. It probably just needs to be reset.

Caveman is probably right that will fix almost all software issues. If it's hardware then it's definitely screen or water damage.
