Working TI-83 Plus will not ship with batteries due to shipping regulations. It takes 4 AAA batteries. I have the connector cord to connect it to other calculators and get more programs on it. Pictures 5-7 show the scratches where I had to scratch my name and stickers off to remove my personalization. I am starting the bid so high because the calculator value. I have 100% positive feedback and the pictures are of the actual item on my table.
