I am now phone verified. the hp ipaq didn't come with a cradle, just the usb cable to connect to a computer or outlet charger adapter

not at all. works very well. I just have more than enough devices for communication, mobile and then some!! oh yeah, it does have a usb to charge on your computer. just no outlet adapter...

yes it works with XP cuz that is what i have, and I believe shipping is 10.95 flat rate with usps.
