The back of the book reads "A must read for anyone who's ever been on a diet and failed. Diets Don't Work...the only thing that works is knowing how to balance your body so you'll never have to diet again. Food is not the problem...you around food is the problem". I personally have not read this book, but I took a nutrition seminar with this author and learned how to keep yourself from being hungry all the time and feeling absolutely satisfied and conquering cravings.
