This auction is for the "vintage" game Castlevania for NES. It does not come with the instruction booklet. But does come with the black slip case.

Meet Reinhardt Schneider, a whip-toting vampire killer who has waited his whole life to meet his ultimate destiny, a.k.a. Carrie Fernandez, a young girl with a strong magical presence. Carrie, though, is mysteriously drawn to Dracula's evil Castlevania and it's up to Reinhardt to find out just why. Based on the classic adventure game for the original Nintendo, this 3-D Castlevania experience offers impeccable graphics over its ten various stages that stretch from forest to dungeon and back again. The two playable characters have different routes throughout the game, including varied foes and endings. If you played the original or any version created since, be prepared - the improvements are overwhelming.
