yes it is in very good condition it has battery and charger and case i also have extra battery just have to find it may have to ship it later from phone. the screen is not cracked there is nothing at all wrong with it. all buttons work like new. i one hundred % am very sure you will be happy with the phone. it is a blackberry 8120
