This is called cobalt blue lace , looks like a smoky blue to me, light, not dark, very pretty. Not quite a pastel or baby blue. Gorgeous 4 inches wide and gathered not flat, bound one edge and small scallops on the end.Non smoke home. Awesome accent on clothing, women's, girls dresses, bears, collars, addition to a V neck, sleeve ends, cuff embellishments, under short shorts! Lingerie too! Nice floral design!
Auction 2 yards end of the bolt. Anything over goes to the GIN plus more lace. I have not measured what's left only to know it's between 2 and 3 yards. If you GIN you get it all!
