yup to be really honest if l had known that l could still use it without buying phone service l would have kept it lol today my grandson told me l could get an app so l could have free phone service on my wifi duh now they tell me lol oh well like my new phone and hindsight is a blessing

yes ,the phone is unlocked , meaning that it will work with any carrier you chose and since it has the capacity to have two sim cards you can have two different numbers in the same phone

there is no sim with this phone . it has a two slots for sim cards so you can have 2 numbers with the same phone example business and personal
you would have to get a sim from your provifer

my daughter bought me this phone because l could never keep up with her and texting this phone has it so you can talk and text but the truth of the matter is , way over my tech savvy my grandson can take the phone and play games text and have great time liked so much he got one for himself other than me liking a simple flip phone there is absolutely nothing wrong with this phone just way out of my comfort zone (stop laughing) l think she bought it at walmart.com but not sure
a company in miami makes the phone the charge on it seems to last a long time l had to charge every three days or so
hopefully this answers your questions never had a problem with it just too much for me first android phone if you know what l mean
