This is absolutely beautuiful!! BRAND NEW!!! Never worn. Size 12 mos. I think it will fit 9-12 mos easy.Notice the rhinestone detail on the bow, and the keyhole button on the back. Beautiful red bow tied in back also. This dress has a built is slip. I tried to capture the layers with the one photo to show how much detail went into this dress.

I have a dress exactly the same style but its black on top and pink with black dots on the bottom and the bow is pink but it has the same middle circle jewel thing.... This is an awesome auction!

I know what you mean...... there are so many cute outfits in smaller sizes that I wish I would have gotten........ I'm not sure if 100 is a good start....... I've seen other dresses start at like 50 and they usually get really high after that but I guess you have to decide how low you are willing to let it go for....

Yep, thats how I look at it. And I wont let this go for under 100, so I guess it was a good place to start for me. I could start at 50, and it would still prob. do over 100, but you just never know, and I dont want to take the chance.
