This medicine bag has a loop and clasp system so you can hang it from your bedrails, wheelchair arm, desk chair, or anywhere that you might need it at a moment's notice, but don't want to wear it on a neck chain, or put it in your pocket. My asthmatic daughter suggests that you put the inhaler in so that the medication tube actually goes in first, as it is easier to grasp the delivery end of the inhaler to pull it out in emergencies.
