FREE: Ipod nano 3rd gen, works, but there's a problem

Before bidding READ THIS FIRST:

For the most part this ipod works just fine.
The problem is that the "menu" button DOES NOT WORK
In order to go back to the main menu, you would either need to plug It back into a charger or wait for it to die, so basically, charge it..
Also the screen is very dim. It is not impossible to read though.
There are already songs on it, from the last owner, who then sold it to me (back when the menu button worked)
