The listing, *REAL* 10k Gold & Diamond Ring has ended.
Okay, I looked and looked for the receipt for this ring but I can’t find it anywhere, which is so not like me! I bought this piece several years ago at a local pawn shop. The diamond is real and it’s 10k gold.
The stamp is gone from inside the band. When I bought it, it had been sized up and then I had it sized down so the stamped part of the ring was stretched and then cut out during the two sizing processes.
For this reason, I will do something I‘ve never done, and offer a return on this ring if you are unsatisfied under the following conditions: you have two days from the date of delivery to take this ring to a jeweler of your choice and have it tested if you’d like. If you don’t like what they have to say, you may return the ring for a refund of credits. However, the ring must be returned with tracking, at your cost. (a first class package up to 3 ounces with tracking is $2.32) and it must be post marked within 48 hours and must be returned in the same condition as it was sent to you in.
The ring measures 17mm in diameter which according to wiki ring sizing makes it about a 6.5 http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ring_size.
I’m not going ‘on the record’ to state a size for the diamond as I do not want to mislead anyone, but I posted photos as best I could with the ruler and then posted a diamond sizing chart in the photos as well, so you can conclude for yourself on that. I personally (again, off the record) see 3mm diameter, which would make the stone .10 carat. That's also what I thought it was before measuring so I'm pretty sure that is correct, But still… I want to be clear, that I am not a jeweler and therefore can’t –guarantee- this information is correct. I’m not a professional. This is why I am offering a 48 hour return if you aren’t happy with the ring. :-) as for the color and clarity of the stone, no idea. I never had that information. But I can tell you, the stone is beautiful and the photos don't even come close to doing it justice!
