This is a Microsoft Wireless Mobile Mouse. It comes with a micro adapter. I've had it for about a year. There's nothing wrong with it, I just got a different one. It operates on 1 AA battery. Battery life varies with the user if you remember to turn it off when not in use. The second picture shows where you can store the adapter when traveling so you dont' lose it. The back cover is included (I just took it off for the picture). The only "signs of wear" are 2 thumb sized smooth patches where your thumb and pinkie finger would rest. You basically just plug in the adapter to a USB port and turn the mouse on and you are off and running.

Edited: The arrow should point to the 2nd hold near the red part of the battery for adapter storage.
