No problems whatsoever but no games included well there is quite a few games on the hard drive but my plan was to reformat it before shipping I guess I could just unlink my psn account to it and leave them on there if that's what winner wants you would need valid ps+ subscription to play them

reformat it because your account can be put back on with a restore format so better jsut reformat i went through this i know also its listia rules to reset it back to factory condition before shipping those games on hardrive were bought with your psn account and thats how they will stay if new owner uses them so just a heads up
