how will this be shipped safely if not in box as i got one from another and recieved it all smashed up and dont want that again

I got this ring on Listia mailed to me in a plain white letter enevlope. It survived the trip. I however do not use a plain white letter enevlope. I place the ring a small plastic bag. Then I add a small a mount of bubble wrap around it and then send out in a bubble mailer with a tracking ticket. Out off all the rings I have shipped, I have never received any complaints or had any problems from shipping except me not getting things I win. Hope this answeres your question for you.
