The listing, Vintage box of mostly vintage stuff! has ended.

These pieces have been sitting around and not getting used. I couldn't decide whether to put it under antiques, jewelry or crafts. For one the box is a cool antique item and then there's a lot of jewelry pieces. But most need clasps and possible re beading, so someone might want to make something else out of them. I even have one clip on earring in there that I thought someone might want to make a pin out of. The cool retro white bracelet isn't actually vintage but made to look that way and is from Banana Republic. There's also a pair of earrings and a pin that have that cool vintage/retro look but I am pretty sure they were made within the past 20 tears. Just a guess though. These pieces described are all costume jewelry. The pocket knife is definitely vintage or retro and belonged to my dad. There are a couple of pins that were in my dad's old accessory box which he hadn't touched in ages. I am referring to the cute little squirrel pin and the UNICEF(?) pin.

I hate charging shipping but the cost to send it is pretty high.

That's wise and I understand your anxiety. I still get a little nervous that I will loose an item or forget to mail. And I have had mail disappear or the envelope doesn't but the product gets ripped out (that part really erks me since I have no control over the post office, unless I buy insurance. But the times that has happened most people have been really cool about it. Also, make sure you calculate the cost before hand if you are offering free shipping. Starting out slowly is good, it keeps you from shelling out too much for the shipping costs. But I am sure you'll do fine. The best part really is the community on here. You get to have a bunch of online pen (text?) pals. There are some really nice and generous people on here. There are a few scammers but you can learn to weed them out. I have been scammed or mislead a few times but each time it teaches me what to look out for. I really pay attention to people's histories. Thats why a lot of people want you to review them as soon as possible. Gives them "street cred". :). Good luck and I hope you have fun on here!
