nice listing I do not smoke but my daughter does and she has been wanting to quit but finds it hard to do. maybe this will help I do not know. will be watching. do you have to order this threw mail or does the stores sell them?

7-11 sells them .. and some service stations .. they helped me a lot in quitting its 2 yrs and no smoke in my lungs . thanks to these babies . i love them .. but they do not taste as good as a cigarette always did . ..lol .

I agree. Wish I could put more in. Folks, I've used these; they are really nice, especially when you can't get outside (breathing out only water vapor so generally are allowed indoors) and just as a way to cut back/quit. Flavors good too... :)
