The listing, Gorgeous Gold Ring has ended.

Absolutely Beautiful Ring. I'm showing this next to my wedding rings (not included :-))to show how pretty it is. It has like rubies and diamonds (both look real but I'm not a jeweler so I'll just say stones like diamonds and rubies). The stamp looks like HGE6K with a 14 near it. So I'm sure it's plated. The rubies look real but not sure why real rubies would be in a plated ring but they look real. About size 6- 6.5 according to my ring size. You will not be disappointed on this one.

HGE stands fro Heavy Gold Electroplate. It has a nice thick layer of gold over something and the rubies look genuine. This is the best I can tell from the pic as a jeweler.

I thought it was plated but the stones confuse me. Would they ever put real rubies in a plated ring?

Yes. sometimes they use commercial grade gems, including rubies, in plated settings.
