Tasty breaded or fried. Plants produce 4-6 large fruit or more if kept harvested and well watered.
Makes a good 'boat' for stuffing also.

Space plants 24-36 inches apart
Grows up to 3-4 foot.
Full sun
Grows up to 8 inches long
Harvest before it's glossy, dark skin begins to fade to dull purple. Matures in or about 80 days.
For ripeness-Glossy verses dull is more important than size of fruit when harvesting.
Easy to grow.
