You can use in the shower to exfoliate your dry skin. Also can use in kitchen for all non- stick pans - will not scratch your pans. Can use in garage io clean bugs from car windows and Crome rims- won't scratch glass or rims!

How do you get to the final product? I see something that looks similar to a squash, how does that turn into the shower sponge thingy? Very cool auction! I really hope it does well, i don't know why out wouldn't.

You let your luffa grow until it dies and turns brown leave it on the vine until the squash is completely dried. I don't pick any until after it has frosted at least two times in the fall. But the need planted as early in spring as can be( they have a long growing season). After the frost , the ones that are brown and dry , you peel off the hard outside skin and shake out the seeds . Then I get large bucket with about 3cups Clorox and filled with water and place the luffa in . Let set for 20-30minutes then rinse off. Ready to use! The ones that aren't totally dried you can hang up in garage and they will dry over the winter
