Hi! This measures up to 24"...the thread is quite thin so that the great beads would fit (sturdy waxed linen)...the smaller chunks are genuine untouched turquoise & others may be-yet are enhanced.SORRY! Selling out my complete 25 yr old e-bay store with billions of beads yet all of the beads have been mixed together over the yrs.
