This is a very pretty tulip styled skirt with a built in under skirt for complete coverage. it is a steen material and very vibrant and smooth designs. brand new with tag still on it.
97%polyester 3% spandex
it is a womens/juniors size medium, i wear a size 7/8 and this almost zips up the back completely, all but 3 inches zipped so go from that.so maybe a size 6 medium but you can always make it fit larger or smaller by tailoring it to your specific size with zipper extenders or make it smaller by tacking it on the side. i tried this on with my green sateen tank/cami and the green was the perfect color of the green in the skirt, many colors match this, you have black, a blue,pink,green. so many options.plenty of hip room if you know what i mean. lolthe top does not go with it.. sorry
