Fantastic auction! To help your bidders, L.L. Bean has lifetime guarantees on their products. When my son's L.L. Bean coat's zipper broke, they sent me a credit for the original price paid with next to no proof other than emailing a picture. Same goes for the backpacks. We moms know our kids have this habit of beating the garbage out of their stuff sometimes!!! I'm bidding, too, lol! F&W
