Well they're toy story, woody & buzz, so mainly boys, but girls could wear them, lol.

heather, there pritty much the same its just for the boys they have a little more padding i guess u could say for the boys, but i have used boy pull ups for my 3 year old girl at night and they work just fine! no real diffrence
