It depends on who you ask. If you ask my wife, she'll say that it takes away her back pain and helps her sleep. If you ask my brother he'll say it helps with balance. Me I'm not really sure. There are two magnets on opposing sides. They are supposed to interact with the electrical currents in the human body. I can't call it either way. They look cool though.

It is a power energy wristband. It is a silicone wristband with two magnets on opposing sides.

u should get the ones that have the holograms side by side instead of opposite sides. there called Xtreme Balance. U can get them on ebay for 4$ a piece. there pretty cool, i have a blue one
